due to the very late starting and the pop and the fact that i like defensive people i would be happy to vote yes if someone discovered there were a decent amount of troops present

I believe this guy is acting as a deffer for OTP in which case, sitter check of course proving he has troops, then ONE D should be appropriate.

Who should i set as sitter for the check?
