Joining the Alliance

9. Your reasons for wanting to join. Join a strong alliance that has focus on WW and can work as a team successfully. I have Skype too.
10. If you were part of another alliance, and who, and why you left. Was with UWF. They fail as a team. With X now, but so many farms and chiefings. No aggression.
11. Your past experience of travian; please include which server and your in game name(s). Played 1.25 rounds on USX. Still learning. Still a control freak.
12. Details of any ONE players who can vouch for you. I don't talk to a lot of people. I just play.

Should the hole alliance vote or is it just the leaders?

If everyone have a saying I vote yes : )

votes count as oppinions everyone has an oppinion, and no one person oppinion carries more weight then anyone elses, although leaders will have final say based on the oppinions.

The "vote" of a member of the alliance, and comments, I would say is to provide another opinion that the recruiters can take into account when dealing with these, that they may not have already thought of.
